This privacy note is a launch draft for a small manual audit service. Update it before scaling or adding automated third-party integrations.

Data collected

The intake form may collect name, email, trading platform details, Strategy Tester HTML reports, notes, and order metadata needed to complete the audit.

Use of data

Submitted data is used to prepare and deliver the requested report, respond to support messages, handle payment records, and improve the audit workflow.

Customer file safety

Customers should remove credentials and personal identifiers before upload. Do not submit passwords, broker login details, API keys, private keys, or account statements that are not required for the audit.

Third-party tools

Payment processors and form providers process data under their own policies. Customer files should not be uploaded to AI providers or other external tools without explicit approval.
